We have a $10 flat rate shipping (up to 15kg) New Zealand wide.
Shipping Timeline & Handling
We currently dispatch orders on Monday and Tuesday each week to avoid plants being held by courier companies over the weekend. If your order is placed by Tuesday we will dispatch the following week.
We ship to both business and residential addresses however we cannot ship to PO BOX address.
All of our goods are sent overnight and tracked with courier post. They have worked very hard to ensure all mails arrived within the time frame however in some occasions there may be some delays, especially if you are rural and/or inter island. If after 5 days you haven't received your parcel, let us know and we can help to track your parcel.
All plants and non live products are packaged very carefully to ensure they arrive in good condition. In a rare instance that your plant is damaged in transit please send us photographic evidence the same day your plant arrives and how it was received to help us raise a claim with the courier company. We may be able to replace or refund your purchase. You are required to return the original product(s) to us at your own cost.
Due to the fragile nature of plants, your order cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned should you change your mind.
We do not take responsibility if your parcel gets lost. However we can help to lodge a claim with the courier.
Pick up are unavailable but we might be able to arrange to meet up for collection.
As Christmas is the busiest time of the year for postal services, some additional delays to the above estimated shipping times can be expected. Delivery times are only targets and public holidays can extend the delivery period. Please contact us and quote your order number if you are concerned or need an update on the status of your shipment - we'll be happy to help.
